Trial Request Form
BEFORE YOU BOOK
A quick note before booking! Level 8 is a non-recreational, company-based studio focused on year-round training. We do not offer recitals, and ballet is a required part of our program. Some classes are currently at capacity and available by waitlist only. Trials must be booked in advance, as we’re unable to accommodate same-day trials. We can’t wait to meet your dancer!
